When you’re working on your site, you may find that you want to change the medium that appears first for your customers. For instance, perhaps you prefer to offer a metal media type as the first option that customers see. This can be helpful in making sure the teaser prices that are being displayed on the site are aligning with your preferred media types.
- Log in to your Art Storefronts Control Panel. This is sometimes called the back-end of the site or the Site Manager. All three of these mean the same exact thing. When you’re sure you’re logged in properly, scroll down until you find your Art Print Store and click on it.
- Once in the Art Print Store, find the tab labeled INFO. You must make sure you are on this tab. If you are not, you will not see the information you need to set the default medium.
- Scroll down the page until you find the section labeled Storewide Default Medium. In that drop-down, select the medium that you want to offer as the first option to your customers.
- Click the button labeled Save and the default medium will now be the option you selected from the drop-down menu.
