How To: Export a CSV for Use with Stamps.com

If you’re using Stamps for shipping purposes we’ve created this article to walk you through the process of getting your orders from Art Storefronts to Stamps. This can be used by anyone on the Art Storefronts platform.

 

  1. Log in to your Art Storefronts Control Panel and in the Jump To Menu, select the item labeled Orders.

  2. Click on the button labeled Export.

  3. In the Start Date field, select the date you want to begin your export with.

  4. In the End Date section, select the date you want you end your export with.

  5. For Order Status, select Order Received.

  6. Under File Type, choose CSV- Stamps.com.

  7. Click on the button labeled Export.

  8. After that, check your e-mail and find the Order Export e-mail.

  9. Click on the link labeled Click Here To Download Your File and the file will be downloaded.

  10. Navigate to Stamps.com and Log In.

  11. Click on the tab labeled Orders.

  12. Click on the Import

  13. Find your downloaded CSV and upload it. Your orders will be imported into Stamps and will be ready for use.
